Please do something about your staff. This was a completely legal trade in compliance with all hap rules and still was closed. That's 25 ft wasted now because someone has it out for me. Thanks for reading.

what was listed, It states anything else I happen to find on the character will be thrown in free os charge, as a gift/donation/whatever they would like to call it.
Quit trying to skirt the issue, your staff made a mistake. Instead of trying to nitpick over intended definitions, how about someone owns up to the fact that a mistake was made.
I'm really not trying to be an asshole, I'm trying to clear up this issue with the least amount of hassle possible. I had all rules covered, I made sure of that, seeing as I was warned before about them.
