if u can do math, u will see that 5:37 - 5:22 is 15, so untill 16 5:38 bids still ok...

Yeah but once it hit 37 that means 15 minutes have passed, so auction expired.

not how it works. because 5:22 to the start of 5:37 is only 14 minutes
