Media player(s) I assume would mean more than 1 player playlist. Unless he means different. But sure, it'd be nice to have a list on here rather than 5 max.

No. It shouldn't be automatically done. Not only will this slow the site, and some slower browsers, down, but this would be abused. I've seen this happen on similar forums with people putting screams, sex noises, or high frequency tones on the minute someone enters the profile. I really don't think that's a good idea.
