How this is done:

You request to join my guild
I send mediator the fg
You join
You MQ. Payment based on pass Or a fail.
Left over fg sent back to me

You can stay in the guild and continue to MQ or leave.


Permanent guild members receive payment from me upon completion. As this is just a bonus to get my members to slash more

wouldnt it be 20,000fg for reset?! 200x100=20000

IMO good enough. Fg is an insentive to slash. Just to get people to want to slash more, and hopefully find enjoyment in the game.
