Umade forgot his password and email to his account, he did the account recovery over a month ago. He did everything he was told to do. But hasn't received any information.

Can anyone help him unlock his account please?

He doesn't need to be logged in to the site to use it

Just make sure he provide as many details as possible.
There is no other way beside account recovery and contact feature.

In addition to Post #2:

He should read the Account Recovery Guide and make sure to provide as much evidence as possible, maybe it will be successful this time.
If this doesnt work then the only option is the contact feature, as described in post #2

He said he has done both, and was told it would take 7 days, but it has been a month. He used the contact link again last night so we will see what happens.
