This is a video I posted 3 months ago.

For a while, kept it and just stopped playing.
Then I tried to reinstall windows etc, reinstall games

Doesnt happen on csgo, only pubg
I reinstalled with cd's my windows

Removed gpu drivers cleanly and dl'd latest version

I rma'd my gtx 1070 and its still doing it non-stop every game since I got the new yesterday since everyone ever I talked to said its 99% gpu

Im desperate, I have no clue how to fix
I tried everything minus changing other parts but everything else looks fine.....I dont want to remove everything just for the sake of trying
Super good temps etc

This was at the early stage video, now its even worse..even with the new gtx 1070

Whats your PSU?

Really looks like a bad GPU overclock tbh.. Artifacting like that is usually a sign the GPU is unstable. Try turning down the clocks a little? See if it goes away

That's not a remnant of bad overclocking at all. Most likely a driver / os related issue (or just game engine)

I really don't think its my monitor though, I tried on my very old pc for like 20 mins and I didnt have artifacts (altho I could barely move, way too old pc) using same monitor

I have reinstalled with cd windows a few times.

I have all newest gpu drivers and As far as I know I have all the latest drivers of the other things too. (I used in the past some free software to detect and download drivers automatically. however that was like a year ago and reinstalled windows since then a few times so cant be that)

e/ on csgo I have easy 250+ fps but im experiencing stuttering, the same stuttering I had before...sv_var goes to red sometimes due to fps drops (nothing huge)
However csgo doesnt have artifact, just stutter, pubg doesnt stutter and I have less fps on pubg since its capped to 144

Have you tried using different cables, from vid card to monitor.

Try a different DVI cable, or HDMI if it's do-able.

/e Or display port cable.
