im trying to install my office professional plus 2013 however i keep getting an error

Error 25004

ive googled and tried just about everything but im not sure on how to fix it. there was one way i tried by deleting some folders. did that and fucked up my computer so not trying much else.
i had a 2010 trial version installed previously. no idea how to fully uninstall ms office 2010 or 2013. i know this because i have uninstalled and reinstalled 2013 countless times and it still saves my outlook information.

this is exactly what im getting.

anyone got anything?

Please remove "kindly do the needful" from your vocabulary. It will hold you back from everything except your current job.

Worst phrase known to man in any type of desk job.

You're correct with your advise though :)

Reinstall the operating system to proceed as you've just deleted critical windows system folders.

i restored from a previous date

that may be the only thing to do though. i honestly have no idea what else to do lol

like i run cccleaner, and it says that office 2010 is an application? i have had it previously as a trial. uninstalled it but its located there?

does that make sense?
