So my PC is fairly new and this isn't the first time in the past 3 months so I did a debug and got this http://pastebin.com/tbRCPPTe

By random what I mean is that :
1a. it happens when I first play a YT video or close the browser after watching youtube.
1b. put my pc to sleep 2 times in a row
1c. doing nothing and bam

After my PC restarts and I enter my PW, the screen stays black until I shut down my pc for like 2-5 minutes and then it just takes a while to load.

A machine check exception occurred.
These parameter descriptions apply if the processor is based on the x64 architecture, or the x86 architecture that has the MCA feature available (for example, Intel Pentium Pro, Pentium IV, or Xeon).

!whea – displays top level WHEA information
!errrec – dumps a specific WHEA error record

Each section dumped will give you the errors that were thrown when the bsod happened. Post those please :)

You could be having "cold boot" issues. It's weird but I've had it happen.

When you start your computer leave it in bios for 3-4 minutes to let everything warm up. Never put your comp to sleep.

See if that helps. Also Google cold boot issues.
