so i have an old jsp acount that i would like to reactivate but i dont know who to talk to the one im using right now is not my real acount name on diablo and i would like to get my old one working but when i try and i do the retrive password via email it tells me that i cant cause its a gold password or something i can verifie my email and everything i need to in order to reinstate my old acount.
please help its old with little posts but its my acount name and this one is close to my acount name but the other one is reakky my d2 acount name so its good for posting and trading

like if someone could just point me in the right direction on how to do this that would be awsome thankyou

Also I highly recommend you to log out of this account and recover your old instead as having more than one account is against the rules

deleted is the wrong word. But they will lock you on both if you dont report ur multis

There's nothing wrong with a user wrong about his answer as long as he understand it for next time .
Try to be more positive , you could just pm him and let him know that in a friendly way .

Just do not log into the second account again and you will be fine, you can use the contact form at the bottom of the page to explain your situation if the recovery form fails, best of luck.
