You'd need a second receiver (cable box) from the cable company to receive all the channels.

Are you already using a cable splitter off of the main line to get cable on both tvs?

Nope, not at all. Adding a second cable box should be really cheap (+/- $10 US a month, depending on the provider)

Alot more info is needed.

What receiver do you currently have?

Some receivers have 2x HDMI Outputs meaning you can run Picture and sound to 2x different TVs.

What company is your cable from?
Is it HD or non?

Some NON HD cable boxes have component and coaxial hookups meaning:
1x of those to the receiver and 1x to the other TV.
Its lower quality but it can be split that way.

Some companys make their lines run like:
2x Lines in but only 1x line going into the source
Meaning it cant be split and you would need to get another box.
Like others said its pretty cheap maybe around 7-15 bucks

If you have any questions you are more then welcome to PM me.
I know quite a good bit about AV systems and such

Hope this helped a bit

None of this is needed.

Cable is going away from analog channels, in return forcing people to have cable boxes to receive channels(digital).

Want all channels, get a box.

......what?
Not sure if you know what I wrote.....

Cables boxes that are not HD boxes still run component and coaxial from those boxes to a TV..
Has nothing to do with analog channels....since its running through a DIGITAL CABLE BOX.......................

Also if the receiver had 2x outputs how would it not work.
there are ways around it depending if you have the equipment allready....
