an answer within 7 days however it has passed 7 days with no answer and he was not provided with any kind of contact information to inquire about his status.

I suggest having him go through the recovery again. If that doesn't work. Post again then we can foward to Kevin.

After waiting about a week it's okay to submit another contact form: http://forums.d2jsp.org/contact.php
this is the only way to go about recovering his account

What exactly is wrong?

Last seen: 8 days

Did he get pw changed by the automated system?
If that's the case then he had two completely different IPs running that account at the same time.

Only way to fix is to get information correct on the contact form.

Kevin is a very busy guy, so yes it could take over 7 days.

No, he forgot his gold password. He has all the other login info. But to get the gold password it emails it to you.
His email tied to jsp was his original one upon registering. that was deleted by the provider years ago.
So he has no way to login anymore because of the gold pass req'd.
Then the only way to get an email change is thru account recovery.
But alas, he is just locked out and can do nothing.

He came back for D2 reset, seeing his last post was 100 days ago.
He was logged in but didnt have the gold password.
He thought the computer saved it and when he logged out to get a copy
he realized it hadnt and has been locked out since

Ahh, I have had that problem in the past.
With there being 30,000 fg on the account they will be very precautious with the handling of it.
Will take more time than usual.

All 30,000 of it is mine. and they can see that by viewing my gold logs that say bank.

Well a simple email to say your recovery is in process and it is taking additional time would mean the world to him.
He just is waiting on really anything from them to let him know his account is not gone forever.
