where is the option on how to make a signature?

i cant find it in settings

To get your signature in your sig:

Step one: Go into your profile, and click this:
Step two: Put in your desired information for your signature. For the signature picture- Direct Link Here
Step Three: After You Have Done This - Just Click The "Edit Signature" Button And Your Signature Is Ready.

To position and add correctly, do

*Your signature must never exceed 400x150 pixels
*Your signature but never exceed 70kb
*Your signature must never contain offensive or inappropriate images
