has requested his account recovery last tuesday at 9:36 am central.
he received a generic email saying it could take up to 7 days to process, however we are nearing the end of day 6 and he hasnt received any kind of status updates.

does this process usually take the entire 7 day timeframe in order to be reviewed?

It may take about 7 days, please be patient. The staff have a lot of things to do and will get to your request shortly. Just await their response and they will get back to you.

Admins will only deal these things with profile owner. Ur brother should use Account Recovery button or contact feature. He have to wait answer. U won't get any information or help about ur brother account here. Have been answered many times in similiar topics.
