I would like to post my account for sale for forum gold. I made a youtube video of my account to show what i have to offer.

my question is, can i post my link to youtube in my post to show off what i have to offer to let people place there own bid or offer a bin?

the reason i ask is the rule:

"No advertising or linking to any external site that has not otherwise been expressly authorized. This includes mislabeled or deceptive links (including tools to shorten or obfuscate a link)."

so is youtube expressly authorized?

It is considered as a spam violation. You'll have to mention and list each item individually and be as accurate as possible.

A suggestion I have without typing out all your gear is you can make a gif image per character. Check out the image I posted below, it's what my friend did to show off his character.

However, you need to make sure everything that is going to be included with the character is being shown in the gif image. If you have basic gear that you rather not have in the gif image you can simply list it below. The gif image is ideal for capturing all your rare and/or unique items without typing out all the stats (or shape) or having to have multiple screenshots in your topic. Remember everything that is being sold must either be shown or listed or it is a trade violation. Such as xxx fg for what is shown + basic gear. It must be specific.

To avoid any bad trade situations, you should always list 100% of the items and stats of what you are trading.
Some people might not be able to see pictures, so the complete ''for trade list'' is always the best thing to do.

Also, you need to confirm in your trade topic the price of each items. This way everything is clear between you and the buyer.
