So I recently started playing Combat Arms again and once I'm in game I usually have 400-450 fps.
Once someone starts shooting at me I'm dropping down to like 50 and get random freezes

No nothing

Reinstalled the game few days ago haven't been playing for a year first now

A few people running windows 7 have had issues with fps drops, try running the game in compatibility mode, seemed to help most of them.
