Go to the wineskin website...
Hit the + sign at the engine list, and select the engine you want to install and click install. It will download and install the engine and be ready to use. If you are looking for a specific engine, you can use the filter to show only the ones you want, since there may be a lot of engines.
You can also hit manual downloads button in Wineskin and go to the website where you can manually download and install engines as well.
There is a Wineskin.app in every wrapper you create.
To see it, right click (secondary click) the wrapper you made and select “Show Package Contents” in Finder.
You should see Wineskin.app there.
You can also run this using 1 of 2 other shortcuts, as long as your wrapper is not running already...
hold fn down and double click the wrapper, or hold down Alt/Option and double click.

i'm playing on a mac if that makes any difference?
Yes we are aware of that;
Right Click the App and view the package contents.
Open Wineskin, go to advanced and tools. Open Winetricks. Install ogg, and then close the app and relaunch Wineskin and click install software.
Select:
Path Of Exile.app/drive_c/Programs Files/Grinding Gears Games/Path of Exile/Redist/OALInst.exe
I hope this answers your question.
