I have no idea nd tried google translate already.

looks like chinese, my knowledge of the language is limited and I can't tell you what that means without the tones or the hanzi symbols, maybe you can get help in the chinese sf (although it's pretty much dead) or PM a chinese user

Pretty sure its mandarin but don't know what it means.
Also think its some sort of slang or dialect and thats why translators wont work.

I doubt there are translators that can translate chinese if the text is written in roman letters, unless maybe the tones are specified. There should be a " ยด ", " `", etc on top of almost every vowel, otherwise it's really hard to understand because each of the words you listed can have like 100 different meanings depending on the tone or on the symbol used to write it. I suppose a native speaker could probably guess what each word means by seeing those different words put together in a context though.
