Hello.
So, almost 2 weeks ago I got scammed by the guy on this site called "arnaud_177" and I have still been in a discussion with one moderator only, hapycmpr.
It was my first time trading, I traded gold vs $ and I didn't know It was illegal. Anyways.
So for barley 2 weeks have I been talking to hapycmpr. Even my brother went in, trying to speak to him about the scam arnaud_177 did on me.
But I got the same answer, pretty much over and over again. "It's only words, It doesn't mean anything - I need more picture proof"
Which both me and my brother understood. So, after a while after some researching we was checking in at the skype log me and Arnaud_177 had.
And we came up with this:

[2012-07-13 20:26:36] Raxx: I saw ur profile.
[2012-07-13 20:26:41] Raxx: I'll give you 20m.
[2012-07-13 20:26:42] Raxx: Add me
[2012-07-13 20:26:46] Raxx: then you give me the card
[2012-07-13 20:26:50] Raxx: and I'll check the credit,
[2012-07-13 20:29:48] Raxx: Accept me or I'll do some shit to you.
Pay attention to the times please, so this means I added Arnaud about the time of 20:27, then he'll have to accept me, then join my group (or I joined his, can't remember)
So the last thing I wrote 20:29:48 was after the trade and before that we had to do this from 20:27:
If you remember the log, It's on the first Arnaud scam thread (http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=63795274&f=250&o=30) I wrote some stuff before I traded the gold to him.
*A chat about me might dc
*Add him, join his party/my party
*Trade the gold
*He said that he left the game (and he did and removed me, but equal to Arnaud he left and we had a conversation there aswell)
*We had a conversation after the party and he gave me the psc
So my question is, could this take us about 2 min to finish all of this? I mean, really hapy? If you ask me It's pretty much impossible to finish a trade like this in 2 min.
The log 20:29:48 means that I had to see that he removed me everywhere, then I had to tab > add him on skype (this means he left the game about 20:29:10 and I took 30 seconds to see If he wrote then I saw that he removed me from diablo and skype.
I mean, pfft.
I have been trying to get in contact with alooot of moderators, but no one has ever answered my pm. I don't really get why, It's just everyone protects this guy Arnaud. Because If you asked me, during the almost 14 days I spoke with hapy.
It really seemed like he protected this guy, which is bullshit.
And remember, that I had this skype log printed on the first log, I had all of the pictures I could take.
So I don't really get It, what's up with all of the moderators on this site? No one answering, nothing.
A scam, is like a theft (I think It's called theft in english) since this guy pretty much "took" 20 million gold from me.
Without doing anything.
So my question to you guys is, have you got the help and support by the moderators?
How was the support you had by hapy?
Discuss please (this is not a scam thread, I just showed the best proof I had about the scam since hapy didn't think my picture were enough. And 2 min trade, It's not possible, come on.)
So for people who haven't done a trade yet, don't do It until you've been registered here for a while, so you learn to see, how this site actually works. Since It seems like this site has people that registered for a long time ago, that actually picks up newbies like me and scam them, then they get away with It because
the moderators trust and believe them more than they believe the people that newly registered.
So this is just my opinion what I think about the moderators, If you ask me, they don't do their job correctly (when they don't answer pms and when they only say like hapy "words doesn't mean anything"
But It might only be me they did It I don't know.
I just wanted to make this thread for new people and the moderators, so discuss what you think about them.
