I found an extremely valuable item, and risking a scam because it shouldb e worth more then the RMAH max value, my http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=608148 friend told me to sign up here, and trade it for FG then buy real life stuff with the fg.

im very confused.

use a med and dont get scammed
donate some and be a nice guy and get donor forum access
use ur fg to buy IRl items in the donor forum

hmm ok. so i need to trade my item for FG
then send $25 of fg for the donor forum
then my friend said i can get ipods and stuff.

Yes you can. Offer FG vs $25 donation in your name using a Mediator in the "Donate for me Please" topic in the General Help forum

The context of the donor forum are private & cannot be discussed outside of that forum (public)
