the problem is this:
i tried to play dungeon siege 2 over gameranger (fake LAN, something like a mass upgraded hamachi) with a friend. i use win xp, she uses win 7. when one of us makes game, the other can click "ready", but when the host gets in the game, the other one clicks "join" and nothing happens, you can just hear something similar to the sound of a glass breaking when you click join. no fucking way to join the game!
some facts to add:
- i can successfully host game with other people, so i guess its a problem with her
- she did run it as admin (as much as its possible to run there as admin cause gayranger doesnt allow shortcuts, just starts the game itself)
- if you dont use gayranger, its highly likely that you arent able to help me
- i wont pay shit for partial answers
