any 1 else getting it?

It's most likely a false positive (Are you using Google Chrome?)

Some browsers tend to block those pages where images shown are uploaded on a website that has contained illegal/malicious content by the past.

It's not malware. It's a malicious image that used to be on the site that is most likely on it. In most cases, there is nothing to worry about.

Can you recall which thread(s) specifically you saw this on?

It's a false positive. Google Chrome seems to think that images are dangerous, when hosted on a site that has had dangerous content on it before.
