Hi, I've just got back my account after 4 month without access. When I first tried account recovery, I got told my account computer got keylogged and that was the reason my password was changed on my account. ( the password changed happen about in the same time the log in page was changed from Log in pw, gold pw to log in pw and copy the numbers).

I've tested my computer with 2 different antivirus and the keylogger checker d2jsp proposed to me + another and everything was clean so I thought the mediator that sent me the email was wrong, but then I come back on this account and I see 2 transactions in the month of november which were not made by me since i didnt even have access to the account.

The ending of the last transaction was a sending transaction from my account to another including all my forum gold. The person that received the fg isnt locked so I was wondering what exactly happen with my account and I dont know who could give me more information.

Most likely you were keylogged or you gave your information to a good friend or had and easy to guess password. Here is a thread on Keylogging and Prevention : Keylogged Prevention/Removal


Edit : I've sold many diablo 2 accounts back in the day and have countless of times had the same password as my D2Jsp account. This might've happened with you by accident.

I did not get keylogd that I am sure of, my d2 account and all private informations remained intact on my computer and I have not shared my d2jsp password with anyone.
