so my guild leader got banned quite some time ago, and i just realized she is nolonger on the list; replaced by a blank spot

when u count the guys in there, you reach 9

Since the leader was banned it looks like that you took over the guild so you can pretty much do what you please with it. Hope you enjoy your new guild

i would say no, since they are still in there guild as the owner, but are just banned

You should probably pm Njaguar or Kevin @ jsp and ask them, they will be able to help you more since obviously there site etc.
