lets say i "loan" someone 300 fg for them to send back within a certain deadline for 330 fg, is this a legal transaction and if so is there a moderation system for this?

It's legal, but loan at your own risk and be sure the screenshot the agreement etc, because a lot of people are prone to take loans as donations and never return the FG

so there is no sort of moderation for this type of deal?

and it can be reported under scammer accusations if it goes wrong, cant it?

It can be reported, but it doesn't mean anything will be done about it.

just dont loan, after seeing this topic i lost all respect for these moderators/.
