1. There is 0% proof, and I didn't even scam this guy.. End of discussion.
2. I will quote from S/A -

A: Before any user can get locked forum gold because of a scam, proof is required. Such is the case when items poof that were apparently perm or legit. We investigate all claims, but proving these cases are difficult, if proven however, a scammer tag will be requested.

Here again, there is NO proof.. AND I've had the item for 6months+ and the user was really desperet BEFORE we traded to get a refund if it "poofed" and 12hours later he accuse me for unperm seller... (he went down from xxk fg to 0fg in like 2days, no offense but it's pretty weird?)

3. Betting/Poker/Loans are own risk? I've seen xxx thread were mods say this in S/A. ALSO I was gonna repay this loan, but my friend welched 75% of the fg so I wasn't able to repay in time. and ofc if there was any rush in this I would ask a friend for some fg.. Also, the user got welcher/scammer and banned a few days later.
