Is there anyway to lower the fps in d2? cuz I don't want to have 400fps cuz it makes other things go laggy cuz it "steals" some of the memory...

You may be able to change some Application settings depending on your Video card. Are you using Nvidia or ATI? Try enabling Vsync for the Application settings.

For Nvidia, (assuming you have their driver programs installed)

Right Click on your Desktop --> Nvidia Control Panel --> And I believe application settings (it's by 3d settings)

currently not on a computer with an Nvidia video card, so I can't confirm.

I got it fixed from 400fps to 60-80 fps. thank you dawg!
But this only works when I'm not playing d2 which maybe couuld be a nice plus

When I'm on d2 it goes back to 400fps. and when I'm not having the d2 window up it goes to 60-80 again :D

Ooh, I see what you mean. Well, hopefully all is well. If you want it to be 60 all the time set a Global Setting rather than Application Setting.

Glad I could help! Enjoy!
