So it is approaching spring time here in New England, and I am in boots a lot, which get wet... I believe this is the cause of this Plantar Wart on my foot... at least that is what it appears to be from the pictures I have seen.

It is just one wart, not a cluster, but it is painful to step hard on, and I want to get rid of it!

Any advice? I have heard they are quite common, but I have never had one in all my years so I am a noob when it comes to treating it.

I would rather avoid a trip to the doctor and a nice bill, I have seen a few home remedies but I am curious as to what JSP has to say.

Thanks in advance,
-Jesse

Freeze them off (kind of tricky to do with another person, let alone yourself).

Buy medicine to treat them.

Get surgery done to remove them.

dont touch it without washing your hands or else it would spread
