So, I've read the rules three times now. Could someone explain me why people doesnt get warn/suspended because of these:

Quote (Rules)
1. Post must be on-topic. By on-topic we mean that the content is relevant for the forum it is posted in. Off-topic posts are moved to appropriate forums by the moderators. A verbal warning may be issued, followed by an official warning, and if behavior continues punishments may be issued.
2. Post must not be a flame. By flame we mean any topic that is insulting or degrading another member for any reason. Topics may be deemed as a flame if they are off-topic and directed at another member. A verbal warning may be issued, followed by an official warning, and if behavior continues punishments may be issued.
3. No discussion of the use, how to create, or where to find hacks or exploits for any multi-player game. This is a bannable offense.
4. No trading of hacked or massively duped items. The specific trade rules are found as a pinned topic in the individual trade forums. These trade rules are enforced in all the forums. Violations of the trade rules result in anywhere from verbal warning, official warning or temporary ban, up to even permanent ban on first offense. Ignorance of the trade rules is no excuse.
5. Intentionally posting multiple posts or topics that contain the same content or similar content is considered spam. Spam posts are deleted on sight, and the poster will receive an official warning and/or ban. Posting commercial spam for other sites or products is bannable on first offense.
6. Personal attacks, modification of a user's image, impersonation, posting private information, posting a users photograph without permission, are all punishable with up to a permanent ban on first offense.
7. Links to other websites that contain binary files are not allowed, unless this site is a confirmed trusted site. Links to binary files that look suspicious or are Trojans/viruses will result in a permanent ban. Links to promotion sites or referral type-sites are not allowed. Linking to such sites will result in an official warning and/or ban.
8. Any impersonation of a user from these forums, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in a banning.
9. No crude or offensive language/images are allowed in posts. It is at the sole discretion of the moderators/admins to decide what is excessive. No pornographic or sexually suggestive language or images are allowed anywhere on the forum. Posting such content will result in an official warning and/or ban on first offense.
10. No links to auction sites selling D2 items, or any other website that sells D2 items for money. Links will be removed and an official warning issued. Subsequent offenses will result in a ban.
11. Rule violations will be enforced against any and all accounts a user may have. If you have more than one account and break a rule on one of your accounts, any and all of your accounts are liable, and will be held up to the same or additional enforcement.
12. You may not use swear or curse words in your topic title. You may use them sparringly as appropriate in your actual post, except where prohibited. First offense will be a verbal warning, repeat offenses will result in suspension or access loss.
13. You may not post links to outside trade forums, or dclone servers. No exceptions.

What does 'Spamming' mean anyways? Or 'Flaming' ? Could someone tell me a ''line''?

And now before this is closed due ''off topic'', I would like to know the answer for this magical ''line''.

Now when you post there is no such thing as ''line'', you might think it again.

So why is this rule written here if it is tolerated?

Thanks for telling me.

The answer I'm seeking is that were goes that magical ''line'' and is it the same to everybody?

Spamming is making a post that is off topic from the original post. Spamming is posting in a thread to raise your post count.

If everyone that spammed got warned, noone would be able to post.

only you can prevent spam, and thus, keep your warn at 0. Do not rely on others.

Spamming means posting something that isn't necessary.
For example in trading topics, making fake offers or bids or vouches, etc.

Flame would be an insult to a single person or a group. Like using bad words would also go into the flaming category or calling somebody out on a thread.

Off-Topic would be for example, you've made a trade topic in the trading grounds with a trade list and other users come in and post something totally off-topic like "hi" or "i have the same items for trade also" and you respond to those.

Yup, but they would learn their lessons I guess..

And my warns never have been because of spam though.

If you see a certain user abusing/violating the rules follow this,

Forward links in trading grounds to a trade moderator or trade assistant if they are continually spaming your threads.

Forward links outside trading grounds to Junior Moderator

What if there is tons of them and theyre not just spamming my thread, theyre spamming whole forum?

So incase you didnt get my point in the first message, I'd like to know the magical ''line'' which seperates post and spam.

oops, so I do have posting rights here. Let me dig in my warn log, I'll show you an example of a "magical line" for flaming.

Has your inbred self mixed up two of the most simple actions? Not like I'd put it past you to confuse laughing with crying as all you ever do is sit in your room, being an emo ( do asian emos even exsist? ) and crying your balls off because nobody on the internet cares for you or cares about your gp that you always fucking brag about.

Do us all a favour and take yourself and your tiny penis and log the fuck off of this website.

As I'm laughing too hard at your blatant failure I cannot put anymore words here. Good day faggot.

Perhaps if you could come up with a legible, half decent come back you would be worth my time.
So much for Asians being bright. You're about as sharp as a marble. Go get deported.

There really isn't a magical line.

I guess its more of a logic.

If you see anything that violates the rules, you can gather up the topics and forward to the correct moderator.

trading grounds for trade moderators and trade assistants
outside of trading grounds for junior moderators

anything more severe should be sent to moderators.

Uhm, should I pm them ''check top 300 on each forums and give warn/verbal/suspend each of early up/offtopic/''spam'' ''?

There must be a ''line'' since other people doesnt get anything from it and some do.

Anythin to do with possible donations..?
