Hello, with these new abrupt changes I would like to ask a few questions to keep my guidmates informed.

1) Now that it is the "Guild Recruitment" forum, will any mindless chatter between guildmates in our guild recruitment forum be punished as spam? (I understand this is the definition of spam, but I see guilds still using their guild recruitment as a chat so just asking.)
2) Will there ever be a place where we can have a similar thread among guildmates?
3) Now that it isn't always being constantly spammed in that forum, if we are recruiting is there a four hour bump rule to abide by?

Anyways, just trying to understand these new changes totally clearly because there wasn't an announcement or anything.

The guild chat and recruiting in the general chat sub-forum has been changed. You need to purchase a guild chat. My guild purchase guild chat.

Users with 10% warn, may not post in their guild recruiting sub-forum page.

You two are just mindlessly spamming threads with stuff that doesn't pertain to what I have asked.

they just spam the rules to the current hot topic in hopes they get to be a mod

You asked about a similar thread..
There are other ways of communication then +1'ing in a recruitment thread..as stated above.
You dont need a thread to conversation with, you can post news in a notebox, chat in a notebox, or chat on the new guild chat(IM).
As for bumping, I would assume its 4hour bump remply.
And yes, if you have conversations in recruitment, you will probably be verbal'd or warned.
