Are you using a dialup connection that uses your telephone line?

if you're using dial-up it might be why, if not i recommend you to contact your phone/internet compagny

it doing this only on my computer...
not on other comp,xbox or whatever...only on my comp

Im 99.9% sure you're using a wireless connection?

This use to happen to me all the time call your phone company it should fix the problem

Dsl high speed...by cable..
