Can't tell you what is going on.

I believe it has something to do with warns considering all who have had a problem regarding lengthened post time have % warn.

Mine is still at 30 seconds. Someone has pmed Paul to find out what is going on.

Most likely because of your low post count.

Once you get a higher post count the time between posts will drop.

I just wanted to test this.
