Why can't i appeal 10% warn since my last 10% was completely unfair, i think its unfair that i got warn for saying " Bread sucks " In a food burger topic.

Honestly :/ and 70% warn is very bad! i cant acces profiles or messages, :/

i've recently been helping around in general help and so on, i'd really like to appeal for my mistakenly warn.
