Maybe I'm wrong, but if this site is run under USA law, then wouldn't he have a right to know what he is being punished for?

This just seems a little weird - how can he know what not to do next time if you won't tell what he did wrong?

This is JSP m8. Not the United States Government.
I also assume Balakai doesn't want to say his warn in public.
