The Moderator that warned you may be on vacation or unavailable at the moment, just be patient I'm sure it's being looked in to.

If it says its removal is pending approval just continue to wait patiently. You can pm a moderator or senior moderator if you wish but make sure to ask nicely.

Frankly I'd just continue to wait.
