Signatures are created using image editing software, such as Photoshop, Gimp, or Paint.net.
If you want to request a signature, you can so here: http://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=111

There is also a guide on how to "equip signatures" that I'm sure someone else will post.

I suggest you google for some tutorals, there is like million tuturals in web..

Omfg ;D, please use under 400x150 pixel for a sig (:

PS. Many sites do that, I cannot post any sites here on jsp, but just search ong google...

Here you have the Signature FAQ
The maximum size of an signature would be 400x150 and 70KB
To create a signature you will need a program called Photoshop.
