This guide is designed to help you utilize your PM box and its features

Section 1 - Your Address Book.
Section 2 - Creating a new folder.
Section 3 - Archiving your messages.

Each section will list a step-by-step guide followed by an image with the step numbers shown

1) Your Address Book!
This section of the guide will show you how you can find people, and / or store users names and profiles for future reference.
Step 1: Once in your PM box, you will see a menu located on the left side of the screen, scroll down the menu until you find 'Manage Address Book'.
Once you find this - click it
Step 2: Once you are in 'Manage Address Book' enter the name of the user you wish to add or find in the box titled 'User Name'. Here you may also add a small description of who the person is, or why you have them added to help you remember in the future you can add this comment in the box titled 'Comments'.
Once you have all information filled in, click 'Add User to Address Book'.
Step 3: Now you have successfully added a user to your address book! to access their profile, simply click the name located in your Address Book list.
You can remove or edit a person in your Address Book at any time by ticking the box next to their name and clicking the 'Delete' or 'Edit' button located at the bottom of your Address Book list

2) Creating a new folder!
This section of the guide will show you how to create new folder(s) to your PM box. This will enable you to keep your PMs organized and in order
Step 1: Once in your PM box, you will see a menu located on the left side of the screen, scroll down the menu until you find 'Manage My Folders'.
Once you find this - click it
Step 2: Once you are in 'Manage My Folders' find the box titled 'Folder Name' located at the bottom of the list. Here you will enter the name of your new folder
Once you have entered the name of your new folder, press 'Add New Folder'.

You have now added a new folder to your PM box. This will be shown in the folder menu on the left side of your screen.
Step 3: You can now move PMs in to your new folder by ticking the box next to the PM you wish to move (you can move more than one at a time).
Once you have ticked the boxes of the PM(s) you wish to move to your new folder, select 'Move to Folder' in the drop down menu titled 'With Selected Message' and then choose the folder name of where you want the PM(s) to be moved to in the drop down menu directly to the right.

Once this information has been put in, click 'Go'. You will now find the selected PM(s) in the designated folder.

3) Archiving your messages!
This section of the guide will show you how to save your messages on to your computer, allowing you to delete them from your PM box to save space.
Step 1: Once in your PM box, you will see a menu located on the left side of the screen, scroll down the menu until you find 'Archive Messages'.
Once you find this - click it
Step 2: Once you are in 'Archive Messages' choose which folder you wish to save from the drop down menu titled 'Folder'. This will allow you to save all messages from the designated folder to your computer.
Next you need to choose the format in the drop down menu titled 'Output Format'. Choosing .HTML format will allow you to open your archived messages from your computer through your web browser, meaning you can click any links in those PMs rather than copying and pasting

Once this information has been put in, click 'Do Archive'. A box will pop up asking if you wish to save, click Yes / Save and the messages will be stored on your computer for future reference.

You can now delete the messages from the folder you have just archived and still have them saved on your computer
