On reading the title, many of you will progbably think I'm crazy, however there are good reasons for my point of view. The first, and perhaps most obvious point is that all of Sabine's messages seem to be automated for a specific circumstance. Through months of analytical groundbreaking research I have been able to extract the following algorithm that is used in Sabines programming.:

1) The Sabine bot scans topics for key words. ( e.g. Uber, unpermed, proof )
2) If the proportion of these words is greater than 2% of total text in a topic, an automated message is used.

From my research data, I have been able to complile the following automated messages and their respective " key words " :

Key word = "attempt"
Automated Sabine Response: " Please post here only if you got scammed.an attempt to scam is not a scam.use always a mediator for your trades. How to request a mediator."

Key word = "uber"
Automated Sabine Response: "please read the ubersrules:http://forums.d2jsp.org/index.php?showtopic=13354615&p=87827438.they are on own risk."

Key Word ="unperm"
Automated Sabine Response = "theres no way to proof that an item is poofed.buy them from members where you have trust to for avoid lose something this way."

Now then, what about scammers themselves. Well in truth, this isnt a very important part of the Sabine bots job, for you see the key mistake many people make in the scammer accusation forum is only being scammed once. The key to getting the Sabine bot's attention is too ask the scammer to scam your friends too. This way your friends can also make topics about being scammed, and this is where the bot begins to become active. Now i wont bore you with the mathematical equation involved, but, put simply, an increase in the number of messages containing the name of the same scammer, increases the chance of the bot providing an automated message at an exponential rate. Such that if 5 topics, all contain the same scammer the chance of Sabine posting its automated message are 100.00 % ( rounded down ). As a disclaimer, is the word " summary " is included in your thread, the chances of the bot looking into the topic decrease by 77.85%.

Summary:
Key Word: "[Insert Scammer name here].
Automated Sabine Response:"this users tag is requested.thx for reporting.further infos for victim and accused:Frequently Asked Questions. in future, so you wont get scammed again, please use a Mediator"

This theory fully explains the enigma of why it takes Sabine nano seconds to close an uber thread on the Scammer accusation forum, and yet it takes many months ( weeks if your lucky ), for stand alone scammer accusations to get a reesponse.

As i side note, I would like to congrgtulate team jsp for putting together such a highly programmed bot to review the scammer accusation forum on jsp, as with 74k posts ( at a massive average of 62 per day ! ), the bot is definetly earning its pay.So do you agree with my theory, if you care to disagree please comment, I believe my logical is undeniable but if anyone can see any flaws than please feel free to comment - but make sure you add your "proofs " first ( no screenshots required tho - they will decrease the chance of Sabine herself commenting :P )
