Use the PM Block List to block the user in question from PMing you.
You can't prevent people from posting in your topics, if that's what you mean. e. typo

Couple ways:

-- Download a post blocker

-- Can learn a bit of JavaScript/create your own blocker then install it via the tampermonkey browser addon

-- Just try to ignore/don't reply to them as it only feeds them ( me, for example )
