I have installed the latest driver and restarted my macbook. I have the tablet connected by the USB cord connector. I go to System Preferences and click "Wacom Tablet" It shows options for the pen/tablet but at the bottom it reads "No Tablet Connected" with a yellow triangle with a " ! " in it.

Any help with this would be nice.

It has never gotten wet, stored in a moisture free environment and physically in mint condition.

So unsure. It has lit up a couple times but only for ~3 seconds

It sounds like maybe your Tablet is at fault?

Here's a quick tutorial I pulled up from Youtube

I have an Intuos Pro too so I noticed too that sometimes it doesn't connect.

Did you try different USB ports? It sounds stupid but sometimes connecting to a new one may help to recognize the device if an error occur.
Also try to completely uninstal, clear registry keys an reinstall the drivers.

Do you have wireless adapter too?

Also try to connect it to another computer to see if the problem is on your connectors or on the wacom.

You can also try to reinstall USB adapter Drivers.

I just plugged it into my brothers macbook and it is not registering. OSX mountain lion.

I have the wireless adapter but even if it connected wirelessly how would i charge it.

I know it cant be completely broken because i was all four corners light up when i was researching.

Maybe I just have to leave it plugged in for a while or something.

It doesn't even charge? Then must be something related to the Intuos and not your PC/Mac.

Try to call Wacom customer care and ask them info and/if it's covered by warranty.
