People loan fg to one another quite frequently in the Bar & Pub Games sub-forum, scams aren't so rare. Sometimes people are locked (I can't think of the last time someone was locked for welching a loan), but most of the time, they are not

Do not give loans to people that you do not trust. If you give someone a loan and they do not repay, make a scammer accusation. If you scam on d2jsp, you will be locked and scammer tagged.
