Also i paid it 2 days later it was a forum gold Loan and i didnt pay it in time that is why i am locked and process is taking place

Lots of members have Banned when they first join, does it mean they are locked/scammer? Nope.

Banned means they are a multi.
They cannot use the site anymore.
