Example, both players agree on a trade, seller delete the name, and buyer make it, but says it was taken, proof? there's none, but name trading is allowed

Not supported, but you can't be punished for it either.

It's at the buyers risk, and if you get scammed, your fault for being picky about a name on a 10+ year old game.
