As far as i know, it was legal for Starcraft 2 & Diablo 3.
So it should be legal for Heroes of the Storm unless they recently changed the policies.

You may want to note that :
1.) Legal doesn't mean it's any safe to rent your battle.net information.
2.) These type of trade aren't moderated by the D2JSP staff (That mean, if anything bad happen to your account or if a trader doesen't sendpayment you won't be able to make a S/A) ((At your own risk))

As R0cktaze mentioned, it was allowed for SC2, D3, and I also recall seeing topics for Hearthstone beta accounts, so renting out Heroes of the Storm Alpha/Beta accounts is probably fine as well, but you should PM a Trade Assistant or a Trade Moderator to get a definitive answer.




Also, just to clarify, at your own risk does not mean you can't make a S/A if you are scammed, it simply means that the trade is unsupported and as such, the staff or mediators will not mediate it.
