There is one guy i hate in jsp. I want to just give him a slap or something so he quits harassing me.
Do i get warned for this?

If he is bothering you in pms you can always block him, if he is publicly harassing you in threads then you can report them. If he is continuously harassing you then you can gather the threads and send them to the appropriate moderator who can deal with them.

I would not advise you to attack him back though

Yes you will get punished if you "slap" him back
either a suspension or a warn if you do it enough

He lives like 20 minutes away from me and i rather drive 20 minutes to give him a bitchslap and drive home instead of falming him and get a warn

Even if you did do that and are remotely serious about it, what's worse? Getting 10% on an online forum or having the dude call the cops on you and possibly getting arrested/sued?

Well, here in Sweden it won't happen so much irl. But the worst thing would be 10% warn cuz i really like this site..

But the worst thing would be both. So there's a slighter chance that i won't get anything if i beat him. But if i flame him i will 100% get the 10% warn..

Along with the consequences of flaming someone here, there are consequences for physically hitting someone. With my educated background and experience in law enforcement, this is considered to be 'aggravated battery'. I do not encourage going that route. Simply ignore the user. Silence is golden.
