my user accounts doesnt' have full rights on my files
like if i try to edit and save something for example in program files i can't save it there

what to do?

The file you're trying to save is probably marked as read-only, change it and try again.

Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Manage User Accounts
Make yourself and adminstrator

This is the correct setting for the group Users, when needed Windows 7 will elevate your privileges to edit a file. That's why you get the notification that asks if you want to make changes to your computer.

yeah but things changes only for one
i would like to have full control over all files

I forgot to mention, you need to put Users in Owners.
