In my address book I have the name kai added from ages ago to see if someone had the name or not.

Now I see someone else with the name but it isn't the same profile.

I can post a screenshot of my address book when I am home from work, but are accounts being deleted?

I would have loved to change my name to Kai.

Don't know, just wondering what is happening with names.

After a while of AFK, they will be renamed to something random, so other players can use that nick.

When did this change? I was completely unaware of this change.

Edit: Also I am clicking on the profile code. It should always bring me his profile regardless of his name.

Not true. Old user accounts will NOT be deleted/renamed under any circumstances.
As far as I know, there were some problems with database in the past, and some of the old inactive user accounts got deleted. (not by Paul)

I saw one of these topics a while back.

If I'm not mistaking, a moderator replied writing something like this.

I'm 99% sure it goes something like that.

If I remember correct, Paul will change a (very old and inactive) users name, if you want that one (costs fg ofc).
Then you most ask Paul to do it, and it only works on very old/inactive accounts.

I also recall something about rename after many years of inactivity.

But I don't dare to question Sajage
