is that the end of it?, i've heard there should be changes in the future but will it be unavailable?

Yes, if you have 10% or more warn you will be not able to use it anymore.

As far as we can gather, users with any warn don't have access to guild chat in the general chat sub-forums.

Wow, I just noticed this aswell, 10%?

shitty thing , indeed at least 20-30% to deny guild chat access

guildleader should have to rights to decide who can post in his thread and who cant

I'm a guild leader and can't even pose in my own guild chat, feels great I must PM all member (or forward it 2 some1).
Hard and annoying.
