well at first i get a message which says that ' diablo is a well known program with compatibility problems'

there are 2 buttons: either i search on the internet or ignore that message and starting d2.

i choose starting d2.

nothing happens. just black letters on the right side at the top of the screen.

edit: i already run that as admin.

did you do exactly this:
right click d2 --> properties --> compability --> check the "disable desktop composition" (second box from down)

also, from the same tab;
run in compability mode with: "windows xp (service pack 2)"

and start diablo by right click --> run as administrator

/e

also try both 2d and 3d
run the vidtest.exe

/e2

press win button --> type "user account control settings"

there is a slider, get it on the bottom (never notify)

anyways , im getting many screen problems. the colors are really strange, as if there are some gfx problems. but when i make s/s , they look fine in the d2 folder.
