I made a service topic for oldschool runescape, and requested a mediator to middle a trade.

Thread: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=79183594&f=212

When I hit the "requested mediator" button at the top of the thread, it prompts this:

When I hit "ok", it brings me to this:

Not sure whats going on....

This is happening on chrome, safari, and even mobile (iphone)

Whatever the case, can I please have a mediator on my thread lol

So wait, you mean it asks you if you want the page translated if you request a mediator and select "OK" when it prompts?

Or are you not sure whether or not to hit "OK"?

When the first page asks me for que, I hit "ok", then it brings me to that blank jsp web page, and that page stays blank whether I hit translate or not

it's simply not working

I would submit a bug report here: http://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=258

And assuming it truly isn't working, you can peruse the list of Mediators found here: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=78740846&f=34. Ask NICELY as this is a free service that they offer on their own time, and not normally how this process is handled. Be sure to explain the situation, and don't pester.

Best of luck!

I just tested it and it's working fine, so the problem is on your side.
Try clearing cache/deleting cookies and try again.

That's not the case man.

I've tried it on my macbook, mac desktop, and iphone, on 3 different networks.

I've tried it on both safari and chrome on both of my computers.

It's not working - it must be my jsp account

.... Did you complete the suggestions listed by the poster your quoting? Clear your cache, delete your cookies and try again. If it's still not working, ensure you're using the most recent version of your internet browser. If there's still an issue, try a different browser.

It's not an account issue, that's not how that works.

I'm at work now and although it's not working on my work computer either, I can't clear cache or delete cookies on this one.

I'll try on my personal later. In the mean time, can any mediator please help med a trade? I will tip!
