3. Any good level service changes the pw until the job is complete.

Perhaps you read the rules, but obviously you do not understand them, or have any common sense.

1. if access was shared and agreed upon for a certain character level / quest completion and access was restricted before said completion (stolen)
2. baseball told him the quest was done and offered to sell said completed character AS IS and was denied sale of said property , without option to rectify (stolen)
3. agreed , at least you make some sort of redemption for the kids @ the special olypic's , sadly , you still dont earn the bronze , keep up the good work though and someday your face will be on a "i can work all by myself" poster

He told him the service was complete and did not offer or try to rectify his failure.
